I'm a tenured academic with an eduaction from the University of Bergen, North Carolina State University and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. After some deliberation, I found that starting my own blog would serve as an outlet for writing non-scientific stuff. Seeing as how the internet is the place where e-thugs, online experts and keyboard warriors fight epic virtual battles over which movies suck and who can be more/less politically correct, I wanted in on the action.
